Our Story

  1. June 2010

    Allie and Jacob first met at cub scout day camp. Allie helped with the Pixie girl scouts while Jacob was the personal assistant to Allie's mom. They developed crushes and briefly kept in touch before going their separate ways.

  2. 2010 - 2013

    Allie and Jacob both attend North Cobb High School with overlapping friend groups. Jacob was good friends with Allie's brother David. Allie was even Jacob's varsity soccer manager for a year.

  3. 2014 - 2018

    Allie and Jacob both attend Kennesaw State, running into each other here and there but never fully reconnecting.

  4. 2024

    Allie and Jacob match on Hinge, reconnecting for the first time in over 14 years.

  5. January 31, 2025

    Allie and Jacob go on their first date. If you know them, you know not much has changed: they got espresso martinis at 3rd Door, thai and sushi at Thaicoon, and drinks at McCracken's.

  6. Spring 2025

    The couple quickly became inseparable and started making countless memories.

  7. Summer 2025

    More incredible memories as they fell in love: trip to Wilmington Beach with close friends, first international trip together in Cancun, and meeting Allie's family in Ohio for the Cincinnati Open.

  8. Fall 2025

    Fall saw Allie and Jacob have even more fun and take big steps towards their future: a great winery trip with friends, spending Christmas (some would say best ever) in Ohio with Allie's family, and closing on their first house!

  9. 2025

    There were too many memories in 2025 to list. Nights spent on the square will forever be some of the couple's favorite memories.

  10. Spring 2026

    2026 started with Allie and Jacob moving into their new house. Once the move settled down, Jacob took Allie to the church across the street from their first date to propose. They went to Tampa shortly after for a quick getaway concert as a newly engaged couple.

  11. May 2026

    More great memories: Cancun trip with friends, lake trips, and the first fun nights in their home.
