Our Story

Allie and Jacob’s story began long before either of them could have imagined. They first met at Cub Scout Day Camp, where Allie helped with the Pixie Girl Scouts and Jacob was a Den Chief Leader and personal assistant to Allie’s mom (she approved way too early on). They quickly developed little crushes on each other and stayed in touch for a short while before life took them in different directions. Years later, they both attended North Cobb High School and continued to share overlapping friend groups although they were in different grades. In 2025 they reconnected for good. After their first date on the Marietta Square, they quickly became inseparable and what started all those years ago grew into something truly special.

Since then, Allie and Jacob have filled their days with even more Mac’s Patio dates, travels to beautiful places, holidays spent with family, new traditions made, unforgettable birthdays, mountain weekends with enough wine for much more than a weekend, and countless memories surrounded by the people they love most. On March 5th, they celebrated their one-year anniversary by returning to the Marietta Square, where Jacob surprised Allie by proposing across the street from the very place where they had their first date.
